If you are looking for a SEND Advocate to formally represent you for your child’s case, I may not be the right person for you, as I am a qualified and experienced SENCo, rather than a qualified SEND Advocate.

The SEND white paper proposals published on 23 February 2026 are not immediate law; most reforms are expected to be enacted from 2029. Existing SEND laws remain in place during this period. Information will be updated on ‘SENclusivity’ when changes to SEND Policy becomes statutory.
